Peoria City Code section prohibits use of residential land for farming purposes and bans the use of animals for farming purposes in those areas, but the section does not prohibit all animals that might be found on a farm and does not prohibit an animal such as a Vietnamese pot-bellied pig that could be a farm animal but is actually kept as a pet.
