Case Law: Boarding Horses

The Circuit Court of Cook County found that Allan and Becky Monat, property owners, had violated the County’s zoning ordinance by boarding horses on property that is zoned R-4 and does not allow such use. Therefore the county imposed fines on the defendants for noncompliance with the code. Read more
